Roland NY, serving the United States and Europe since 1973, specializes in Fine Art, Antiques, Jewelry, Orientalia, Modern, Objects of Vertu and more! We offer many services to the trade and general public, including:
Appraisals:
As appraisers, we provide attorneys, executors, and individuals with complete appraisal services, including appraisals for purposes such as insurance, charitable donations, estate tax, and family property division. Our specialists visit estates personally and provide prompt appraisal of the estate’s value. Roland NY offers some of the most competitive rates in the industry. Auctions:
Our Gallery, located at 150 School Street, Glen Cove, NY, is packed to the brim once a month with dealers, decorators, collectors, and buyers of all sorts bidding on some of the highest quality fine and decorative arts New York has to offer, at prices not found in any other gallery in New York. In addition to our bidders in gallery, we have hundreds of bidders watching and actively bidding in real-time on LiveAuctioneers.com. If you have items you’d like to auction with us, one of our experts can advise you on the best way to promote and maximize profit from your items. When you consign with us, we accommodate your items with the highest quality photography and expert cataloging in preparation for auction, as well as promote the sale by networking around the world with dealers and collectors. No fee applies to valuation for sale or consignment of your property. Initial consultations with a member of our qualified staff are free, and the costs for subsequent services are determined on a case-by-case basis. Consignments:
Roland NY makes consignments a priority. We focus on placing your property before the best customers for sale, networking with our contacts developed over 30 years. Estate Liquidation:
Roland NY handles complete clean out service (“broom cleaning” and removal of all items and debris). We will advise as to the most remunerative manner of sale, whether that is by outright purchase, on-site and/or on-line auction, or consignment to our gallery. Purchases:
As an antique wholesale and retail company, we purchase single items or entire estates and are interested in all types of goods, from valuable antiques and objets d’art to everyday household furniture.
