I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to partner once again with Cruz Companies in leasing Michael E. Haynes Arms, a 55-unit community at 8 Clifford St. in Roxbury.
My relationship with Cruz spans years, and it continues to be one of trust, shared values, and a deep commitment to the neighborhoods we serve. The level of care, love, and responsibility that Cruz brings to developing and preserving affordable housing in Boston is truly inspiring. To be trusted as an advisor in this mission is something I do not take lightly.
Our leasing campaign launched with tremendous momentum generating 30,000+ impressions in just the first few days, and resulting in dozens of applications from individuals and families seeking stable, quality housing. This response is a clear reminder that Boston’s need for thoughtfully developed and accessible housing remains as strong as ever.
I’m humbled to play a part in helping strategically position communities like Michael E. Haynes Arms for long-term success, and I look forward to continuing this important work alongside partners who genuinely care about the people and places that make Boston home.
