He received his law degree from Lewis and Clark College with a certificate in environmental and natural resources law. Littlefield is admitted to practice law in all Louisiana State courts and in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana. Littlefield is member of the Louisiana State and New Orleans Bar Associations.
