Adams & Reese was proud to support the 2026 Regions Tradition in Birmingham.

Members of our team attended events throughout the tournament week, including the annual partner golf outing, where Lauren Pultro and Ben Thomas participated on behalf of the firm. Adams & Reese also enjoyed hosting a dinner with members of the Regions legal department during the week’s events.

Join us in welcoming Victoria Benson to Adams & Reese as an Associate in our Corporate Services Practice Group in Tampa.

Victoria advises clients on commercial lending, real estate transactions, corporate formations, and mergers and acquisitions. She brings a strong background in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, guiding clients from deal structuring through closing in highly regulated environments.

Victoria earned her J.D., cm laude, from Stetson University College of Law and holds a B.S., magna cm laude, in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University.

Kicking off another spotlight with Mengxuan Wang, a member of our Global Intellectual Property Practice Group in Houston.

Mengxuan focuses on trademark law and brand protection, anti-counterfeiting measures, and navigating the legal implications of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. Fluent in Chinese and formerly an attorney in China, she brings a global perspective to her work, helping U.S. companies doing business in China and Chinese businesses expanding into the U.S. She also advises on copyright matters, right of publicity issues, and domain enforcement, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).

Mengxuan earned her J.D. from WashU Law, where she served as a Primary Editor of the Jurisprudence Review. She also holds an LL.M. from SMU Dedman School of Law and two degrees from Peking University in Beijing. A former law clerk with Adams & Reese, Mengxuan is admitted to practice in both Texas and New York.

In recognition of Financial Institution Pro Bono Day, Adams & Reese attorneys Mateo Dayo (Litigation, Jacksonville), John Springer (Financial Services, Tampa), and Christopher Earle (Litigation, Jacksonville) volunteered in an Ask‑A‑Lawyer Clinic hosted by Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Inc. (JALA) in collaboration with Bank of America.

During the clinic, the team met with low‑income and at‑risk community members to provide guidance on real financial and legal questions at no cost. This impactful work reflects the shared commitment of Adams & Reese, JALA, and Bank of America and highlights a partnership that continues to grow through purposeful service and collaboration.

Some causes hit close to home. We're closing out our series with Nash Campbell, Adams & Reese Partner in our Mobile office, whose connection to the firm's signature HUGS event is deeply personal.

Each March, the Mobile office rallies together for the American Cancer Society Chili Cook-Off in downtown Mobile. For Nash, this event carries special meaning. His father, Bob Campbell, is a colon cancer survivor, and his wife's best friend, Pam, was lost to breast cancer far too young. What started as a volunteer opportunity has become a family effort. Nash and his wife have served as the firm's team chefs for the past six years, guided by the mentorship of Jannea Rogers. Their dedication even earned the team second place in their division in 2023, though Nash is quick to credit the entire team for that result.

That's the A&R Way in action: showing up together for the causes that matter most, with heart, purpose and a little friendly competition. Thank you, Nash, for closing out this series with such a powerful reminder of why we HUGS.

Adams & Reese was proud to support Cottonwood Institute as a table sponsor at its annual Base Camp Bash fundraiser in Denver.

Founded by Ford Church, grandson of A&R founder Ford Reese, the organization delivers outdoor education and leadership training to middle and high school students.

Gabe Pinilla, Partner In Charge in Denver and a Cottonwood Institute board member, attended alongside associate Chris Yost as the event raised more than $130,000. Ford was also recognized with the Garden Club of America’s Hull Award for Environmental Education.
