We are looking to hire a degreed professional to work for a small company that takes care of adults with developmental disabilities in their home and community! You would be working from our office in Nampa overseeing staff and the quality of life for the participants. Must pass a background check and have current drivers license and car insurance! Pay is competitive for industry at 20 an hour and up to 500.00 bonuses every month based on your billable caseload. Team building activities every three months and a yearly admin staff trip giveaway after you have been with us a year! We are great to work with and very flexible!
