Moving while your immigration court case is pending? 🏠⚖️

Updating your address helps protect you from missing important notices—but it does not automatically move your case to a different court.

Here’s what to remember:

✅ Report address changes to immigration court within five working days.
✅ Each affected family member with a pending case needs a separate form.
✅ USCIS and ICE may require separate updates.
✅ Keep attending scheduled hearings unless the court changes the schedule or excuses your appearance.
