Please let this serve as a thank you and as a testimonial towards the service you provided my wife and I when buying our home. First let me highlight that I am referring to it as our HOME and not our house. The reason we have chosen to do so is simple, people dwell in houses, we on the other hand are living in our new HOME. After getting stationed back on the Eastcoast we decided to rent and that was fine, but it wasn't our HOME. We were committed to renting until we knew where we would be stationed next, then this property hit the market. We Thought it would be as simple as it was when we purchased out last property but soon found out just how wrong we were and.... just how lucky we were to have you representing us. Knowing this is a seller's market we fully expected to pay premium pricing and get little to no concessions from the seller and man oh man were we wrong. Saving us such a significant amount from the purchase price, half the CC and all the repairs we asked for (not the fridge lol) was astonishing and a testament to how much work you put in for your clients. Hell, you even reigned me in a few times and that is no mean feat to accomplish. Your due diligence, patience, and dedication to the fiduciary responsibility you carried on our behalf gave us 100% confidence in purchasing our HOME, and we are grateful. After witnessing what the previous homeowner's representation was like I can only say that in a sea of coal, we are truly thankful that we found the Hope Diamond.

I hope that expresses just how much we appreciate you. I was not sure what I should or should not say so I tried to keep it as professional as possible since you will be posting it publicly. On a personal note, thank you so much for everything you did for us. Thank you for fighting so hard and getting into the weeds every step of the way, thank you for introducing us to Johnathan and suggesting he be part of the team, and most of all thank you for being a friend and not just a business partnership through this process. Sadly, you are the exception and not rule in today's world. Someone that takes the career they have chosen seriously, fights for their clients and knows that sometimes good customer service goes beyond just politely repeating what we say to avoid telling us what we may not want to hear. You kept it real and because of that, we are home. Thank you "
