Did you know: Will and trust construction suits. These are requests that ask the court to determine the legal meaning or effect of a particular wording used in a will or trust. Estate plans—particularly those drafted by non-lawyers—are susceptible to ambiguous phrasings that can be subject to different interpretations. If the concerned inheritance is something desired by more than one party, “interpretations” can quickly pile up and form the basis of a long and complex legal dispute.

Okay gentlemen!!! That is the sweetest thing!! These ladies must really love working for yall. That is an amazing compliement!!!
When you work with people, you learn who they are inside and out. Without a doubt, I work for the best family law attorneys. Many attorneys may market to one gender or the other but these guys genuinely advocate for the family. The reason: It is always in your client's best interest to do the best thing for the child even if it means gently guiding the client through anger or anxiety issues couples experience shortly after separation. What affects parents for only a time can linger with the child always. These guys truly care about their clients and it shows in their work.
Great Attorneys who have a passion to work with their clients. They work really hard to achieve the goals that is expected from them. I rate them TOP of all. Way to go Sasser and O'Rear.
