Our Story
Sasser & O’Rear has a combined 30 years experience that makes them prominent advocates in the area of family law and justice. Both Larry Sasser and Will O’Rear are dedicated to their profession. They make a great team because they share a passion for helping individuals, children and families find justice when faced with life’s challenges. A native of Montgomery and an Auburn graduate, Larry attended Jones Law School and began practicing law in 2002 after joining the Alabama State Bar and the Montgomery County Bar. Currently, he serves on the Supreme Court of Alabama Juvenile Rules Committee as well as serving as a contract attorney for the Montgomery County Juvenile Court and providing services as a certified guardian ad Litem. In addition, he contributes as a Board Member of Extreme Outdoor Ministries and serves as Montgomery’s Newest Municipal Judge. A graduate of Jones Law School in 2001, Will holds a M.S. in counseling and human development from Troy University and a B.A. in psychology from Auburn. Will is a former Montgomery County Circuit Court Judge for the 15th Judicial Circuit, Family Court Division and prior to that, he served as Legal Counsel and Mental Health Coordinator for the Montgomery County Probate Court.
