Bragg handles several types of personal injury litigation such as workers’ compensation and motor vehicle accident cases. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Alabama in 2011. She subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in May of 2015. While in law school, Brittney was an active member of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fu

nd and Jones Public Interest Law Foundation. While still in law school, Brittney worked as a law clerk for the firm. During her third year of law school, Brittney obtained a 3L Practice Card which allowed her to gain valuable courtroom experience. Within weeks of being admitted to practice law in Alabama, Brittney had her first trial and she has handled several since then. Brittney is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Association for Justice and the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Alabama State Bar. Growing up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Brittney enjoys fishing and kayaking. She also loves spending time with her family. Brittney is dedicated to her profession and works well with people. I don’t think I market myself enough. Simply because I don’t want to come off boastful, but I think it’s important for my clients to know what I’m up to, so here is an update:
Currently, I’m working on a case before the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. This will be my second time. My first case ended with a published opinion, which was very exciting (especially since it was my first year of practicing law).
For the 4th year in a row, I’ve been nominated for The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40.
I’m also on a Worker’s Compensation Committee working with the Alabama Supreme Court on permanency of a temporary order.
Recently, I have been asked to join Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group.
I am a member of Alabama State Bar, Alabama Association for Justice, Montgomery County Bar Association, Mobile County Bar Association, Baldwin County Bar Association, & Young Lawyers Section of Montgomery County Bar Association.
I serve on 2 boards, the Montgomery County Bar Women’s Section, & as Vice Chair of the Junior Board with Presbyterian Home for Women and Children.
I have been in the legal field for 9 years & partner of my own firm for 3.
I practice in State Circuit Court handling Worker’s Compensation cases, & on the Federal level handling Social Security matters. I am also a certified Guardian Ad Litem.

Warning ⚠️ How to spot a Fraud when internet buying and selling. This “buyer” was very pushy, and texted me continuously to see if the check had cleared. The check had no check number or name of the buyer. The check was made out for $1,650.00 over my selling price for “delivery.” Buyer wanted me to hand this in cash to the pickup person. The bank listed on this check said this is a very common fradulent scheme and are certain this will be a problem in 7-10 days. An even bigger problem for me had I handed over that money. Protect yourself with knowledge! I should have also mentioned to never give your home address to a stranger. There is no legal advice in this video.
