A little behind-the-scenes look at today with CSC Solutions! 🏡☀️

I had several property inspections on my list, so today was dedicated to getting them completed. Between the driving, walking, and temperatures reaching around 90°, it was definitely a full day!

Of course, client and property privacy always comes first, so identifying information and full property details aren’t shown—but I still wanted to bring you along for part of the journey.

And if you happen to catch me singing and dancing in traffic… join in or carry on! 😂 Life is busy enough. Sometimes you just have to enjoy the moment and have a little fun along the way.

Thank you for coming along with me today and continuing to support CSC Solutions. A like, comment, share, follow, or even a repost is always appreciated! 💛

TEST YOUR NOTARY KNOWLEDGE — ANSWER

The correct answer is B — Acceptable identification!

Indiana recognizes several ways a Notary may establish a signer’s identity, including acceptable identification documents, personal knowledge, or a qualifying credible witness.

Simply taking someone’s word for who they are isn’t enough.

💡 Proper identification helps protect everyone involved in the transaction.

Small talk or straight to the point? 👀

When you’re at the signing table, do you enjoy a little conversation along the way, or are you more of a “let’s sign these documents and go” type of person? 😂

Personally, I enjoy those small conversations. It gives me an opportunity to get to know the person I’m assisting just a little better, makes the appointment feel more comfortable, and sometimes even opens the door to a new connection.

You truly never know who you may meet or where a simple conversation may lead. 🤝✨

So tell me—are you Team Small Talk or Team Sign & Go?

After completing a signing, something amazing happened… 🥹💕 The borrower took the time to leave me a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review!

I’m incredibly grateful—not only to my borrower, but to every single person who takes the time to like, comment, share, follow, recommend me, or simply support my journey. It truly means more to me than you know. 💕

Every little interaction, every referral, and every kind word helps me continue building something I’m truly proud of.

If you’re not already following, make sure you hit that follow button and follow along on my journey! ✨

The correct answer is B!

A Notary Public serves as an impartial witness and helps deter fraud during important transactions.

A Notary is not there to provide legal advice, prepare legal documents for a signer, or guarantee that a document is legally enforceable.
