Had the privilege of working with a great group of Pafford leadership yesterday doing an event our firm created called the EMS Supervisor SimLab. It is a highly interactive working session where participants work through a single fact pattern for the entire workshop. The goals are to develop critical thinking skills in common EMS workplace leadership situations.

Cannot thank the group enough for their active participation, professionalism, insightfulness, and of course, sense of humor. I hope that they got as much out of it as I did.
