We are ! My buyers and I have been looking since March for their purchase in California. They went back and forth between new construction and purchasing a home that they could put all of their own touches and finishes on. I found a great home for them in a great neighborhood. We were able to put a preemptive offer in quickly and get the home. I spent time doing the due diligence with the planning department to ensure that they can do all of the things that they would like to accomplish with the home. I am so very excited for my buyers!
