What an honor it was to be trusted with this sale.
I was originally involved with this property back in November as the buyer’s agent. Unfortunately, that transaction fell apart due to the extensive repairs and challenges the home presented. Later, the seller reached out to me directly and trusted me to take over the listing.
This home had previously been listed with two other agents over the course of a year without success. The biggest challenge was getting the property positioned at a realistic value while navigating the condition issues and constant changes that came up along the way.
After accepting the listing, I was able to get the home SOLD and CLOSED in just 3.5 months.
This transaction was not easy. It required strategy, honesty, persistence, problem solving, and a seller willing to trust the process. Today, that seller officially closed a very long, stressful chapter, and I am truly grateful I could help guide her to the finish line.
The moral of the story? Until we could get the home priced appropriately based on its true condition and value, it continued to sit, despite multiple offers over the course of the year.
