Good morning from Eloy, Arizona. We're a little over 30 miles from Marana, and we wrapped up two drone shoots here by 8:45 this morning.
We love small towns. We've lived in Oracle and in a small town in Colorado, and small-town life is something special. Eloy has that same feel, and it's beautiful out here.

Gracias a Dios for another great day and another opportunity.
Today is about connections. This morning's first inspection was a buyer from Alaska, referred to us by her real estate agent, on a beautiful home in Oro Valley. She wanted to know everything, and I told her that's exactly what we're here for. We report what we find, clearly and without gray area. She was very happy, and that means a lot.
Tomorrow morning we're heading to Eloy for drone shoots, a referral from a drone company in Phoenix we're collaborating with. Connecting with other professionals makes all of us better and stronger, and that's what collaboration is about.

Deer Dancer Way!
Gracias a Dios for another great day and another opportunity.
I was working off Swan and Fort Lowell today, on a street called Deer Dancer Way. It took me right back to where I come from. Yaqui and proud.
The deer dancer is the most central ceremonial figure in Yaqui tradition, and I grew up around men who carry it. Peter Acuna Sr., may he rest in peace. Glafiro Perez. Gavino Romero. Jesus Urbalejo. I've witnessed each of them dance, and I'm proud to know them. They carry a lot of our culture on their backs. They've always been an outstanding group of men, and I hold a lot of respect for them, even though most of them are younger than me.
Standing on that street, I thought about the neighborhood I'm from and how it shaped who I am and how I show up for this community through Ventura Property Solutions. It was humbling.
I put together a short video to say thank you to these men and to everyone who keeps this tradition alive.

Drones are expensive.
Gracias a Dios for another great day and another opportunity.
We're out at Flying Diamond Air Park this morning on a couple of vacant land parcels. These are three shoots rescheduled from yesterday's wind. The wind is better today, but it's still not calm. In this video the drone wasn't flying straight for us, and we got a high wind risk warning, so we brought it down. In winds like this you can lose a drone, and a lost drone costs a lot more than a reshoot. Safety first.
The rest of the day is the same realtor's next shoot, then Menlo Park for the third. We're grateful for everyone who stuck with us through the reschedule.
Vacant land is hard to sell without aerial, and we'd rather get you the shot safely than get it fast and risk it. If you have land to market, call or text and we'll fit you in. Photos and video are back in 24 to 48 hours.

Safety first. Be safe out there.
We had to reschedule three drone shoots today because of the wind. This is Ora Mae Harn Park in Marana. On a normal day you'd see the Catalina Mountains from here. Today you couldn't see them at all.
Flying in conditions like this puts the aircraft, the property, and the people around it at risk, and no photo is worth that. We fly when conditions and FAA regulations allow it, and that includes saying no on days like today.
Thank you to our clients and agents for understanding. We'll be back in the air as soon as conditions allow, and your photos and video will still come back in 24 to 48 hours once we fly.

We went to Naranja Trails to shoot drone footage and interior photos for Daisha Davis, Sales Counselor with Meritage Homes. We came back with something better.
Somewhere between setting up and shooting, we started talking. It stopped being a photo shoot and turned into a real conversation, so we put the camera on her and asked one question: who is Daisha Davis?
Her answer starts with three words on screen: a mother, a wife, a person that loves. From there she talks about her family, her path to where she is today, and how she thinks about the people she works with. We didn't plan any of it, and that's why it works.
In a business measured in square footage and move-in dates, it's easy to forget there's a real person behind the desk. Take a few minutes and meet her. This is the first in a series of short conversations, and the drone footage and interior photos are still coming.
