The September 2026 market report is in!

Numbers from last month’s report show:

- There were 8,058 active listings on the market - up 31.1% from September 2025

- 1,714 homes were sold in King County - 12.2% less compared to last September

- The median sales price was $850,000 - same as last September’s median price

- Homes, on average, sold within 40 days
