This one isn’t just about buying a house. It’s about an incredible, hardworking mom who has been doing everything she can to give her son the best life possible..... and today, she gets to hand him the keys to 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲. 🔑🤍

One of the biggest home-buying myths is that you need 20% down to buy a house.

Depending on the loan program and your qualifications, there are options that may require much less:

🏡 FHA loans can require as little as 𝟯.𝟱% down for qualifying buyers.
