"I tried to trade in my car, but the dealership only wanted to give me $2,000 ...when I thought it should have been worth at least $9,000; then, the dealership told me my car had frame damage! I told them that was impossible, because I was never in an accident the entire time I owned the car, and I bought it with a clean Car Fax. Apparently, the original place I bought it from knew it was in an accident, but never disclosed it to me!! So, I called my Legalshield Provider Firm and the attorney who called me back listened to my situation then decided to write a demand letter on my behalf stating the laws and my legal rights. Two weeks later, I got a check in the mail for the original purchase price of the car I bought 3 years ago -- $13,544!!! Thank you, Legalshield!"

"I made one of my friends - who is a football coach - sign up for LegalShield a few weeks ago. Seriously, I made him sign up because he was using all these weak excuses and made the mistake of saying 'I won't need it'. Three weeks later, he called to thank me because he happened to get pulled over.. and handing his card to the officer along with his license and registration resulted in no ticket. Now he GETS IT. The thing is, people can't tell ME 'I won't need it' or worse, 'I can't afford it' ... if you're going to buy a 12-pack of beer or a bottle of wine this week, and tell me you can't afford LegalShield, I will tell you your priorities are mixed up. $5 a week to protect you and your family? “Hate to admit it, but I listened to and took bad advice from a large national tax preparation service a few years ago. We ended up owing money, and the tax preparer told me that we didn't have to pay any of the balance when filing. I listened to him, I believed him and he was wrong -- we ended up with almost $900 in penalties. Then, I decided to call LegalShield (which is what I should have done the first time), and the tax attorney who called us back explained how things work and told me what to expect and what I needed to do. "My husband and I enjoy the pleasure of traveling to Florida as Canadian Sun Birds. This year, my husband ended up in hospital. Fully insured, the insurance company told hospital "Yes, go ahead with treatment and just send bills directly to them." Long story short, two nights in hospital cost over $28,000 US, plus $4,000 US in separate bills from doctors and the emergency room. The insurance company asked for 3 years of my husband's medical records from our family doctor, which we thought was odd. Got home to Canada, and then on May 10, received a letter from the insurance company telling us our claim was denied because we had lied on application! I called LegalShield and 45 minutes later our lawyer, Susan, called back - great response time - and after explaining our situation, Susan asked if we'd like her to write a letter for us.
