Notary Alert American Rescue Act - its finally happened, it's official!

BREAKING NEWS: The IRS just announced that they are delaying the $600 1099-K reporting requirement

✅CashApp, Venmo, and Paypal are no longer required to send you a 1099-K for $600 transactions
Instead, it will be $20,000

It’s that time again! Let do something different.

This is also a good way to start building your FEN FIN number. Financial Independence Number. (How much money you need to have saved to not be able to work anymore). It is also called F U money. Watch this movie called the Gambler. Mark wahlburg.

Concept: You save x amount monthly over the course of 30 years and you will reach your number. If you make more, save more, and you can do it in less time.

If you've been keeping up I talk about financial literacy and I want to help those that are ready for this challenge, you should have a separate savings account for business (Tax Account) we can use.

If so, you have officially overcame one of the most alarming statistics about saving money; over 50% of most Americans can not afford a $400 emergency.

Well you decreased that statistic as of today.

$1,000 may not seem like a lot, but when you factor in that most people aren’t saving AT ALL and a $400 emergency expense is enough to derail their finances completely, $1,000 is a damn GOOD start.

Starting Q2 we will do things differently:

Mr. Bozeman was very young when he died. Probate court took $900,000. The state took over $1 million due to the fact that he did not have a trust in place to avoid probate court even if he would have had a trust, which is a “pour over will”. 😇

⤵️A pour over will and testimony protects against probate court. A pour-over will is a will used alongside a living trust. You can use it to transfer assets not already held in your trust before you die into your trust after your death.🤫

⤵️ we have to be generational changeRS as notary public for our own family. The knowledge that we know as a no notary public is so vital to changing the generational curse of our family.

⤵️ as a loan signing agent I often wonder why certain houses have trust and other houses don’t. BUT I SOON learnERT about ESTATE planning by being alone signing agent.

⤵️ over the last two years I have been fortunate to help one $1.3 millions to go to 153 notaries with the help of the Notary community. But I wonder how much of those funds were allocated to legacy planning and estate planning.

⤵️ We are very disappointed to report that the author of AB 1093, the Remote Online Notarization Act, has decided to pull the bill.

⤵️ Which means that the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing scheduled for June 28th on AB 1093, has been canceled and the bill is now dead.
