This one is truly special and close to my heart 🏡 ✨

We put a lot of love into every project we take on—but this one goes beyond design, renovations, or staging. Turning this property into a short-term rental is about creating an experience, not just a space.

This Colonial Beach home has been in my family for many years, and honoring that history meant everything to us. We closed on the property on my late Grandma Gracie’s birthday, so naming it after her felt like the perfect tribute. Every step of this process has been about honoring her memory and rooted in our deep love and respect for her, my parents, and our family 🥹

From the layout to the smallest finishing touches, we thought deeply about what future guests would feel, experience, and take with them when they stay here—while also holding space for all the memories already made within these walls 💛

I feel incredibly grateful to walk through every room and remember special moments shared during family gatherings here, while also being able to share this special place with other families who love the same beach, I grew up going to.

So many incredible people helped bring this vision to life—you know exactly who you are, and I am forever grateful for you. I want to make sure everyone gets the meaningful recognition they deserve, so I’ll be sharing a more thoughtful, heartfelt thank you very soon. For now, please know how much you mean to me 🫶

Complete with a hot tub, outdoor shower, game room, EV charger, RV plug, fenced backyard, firepit, multiple cozy outdoor seating areas, full-length mirrors and TVs in every bedroom, and all the little comforts I personally look for when traveling 💯

Our Airbnb listing went live less than 48 hours ago, and we already have 2 of the next 3 weekends booked. The momentum is building, and we are already so incredibly humbled by the support!
