In-House, On-Demand, and Live CLE; by attorneys, for attorneys. A common sense approach to continuin With NJLTA, we set out to solve these avoidable problems.
Meeting our MCLE obligations every cycle is without a doubt a difficult commitment, both academically and financially. We founded New Jersey Legal Training Academy, LLC (NJLTA) because as fellow attorneys, we were completely unsatisfied with the lack of flexible and convenient continuing legal education options available. Simply put, we didn't like not having a say in how we met our MCLE requireme
nts. We didn't like being forced to select from seminars on topics that weren't exactly what we wanted for our practice, and only offered on dates and times that weren't ideal with our demanding schedules. Likewise, spending countless hours traveling to seminars all over made no sense when every billable hour counts in tough economic times. Paying thousands of dollars in registration fees while losing hundreds of hours of potential legal fees travelling in order to meet our MCLE obligations seemed completely unreasonable... and it is! Our company is run by attorneys for attorneys.
