AI is a powerful tool, but when it comes to listing photos, accuracy should always come first. 🤖🏡

Before you hit "enhance," remember:
✔️ Only make cosmetic edits like lighting, color, or cropping.
✔️ Never add, remove, or alter permanent property features.
✔️ Clearly disclose when images have been virtually staged.
✔️ Review every AI-edited photo to make sure nothing has been unintentionally changed.
✔️ When in doubt, use the original photo.

Your marketing should always present a true picture of the property. Following these simple practices helps protect your clients, your reputation, and keeps you aligned with Articles 2 and 12 of the NAR Code of Ethics.

Subscribers can now ask AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude questions about MLS rules, forms, and policies and receive answers based on your MLS documentation through the Flexmls MCP Server.

By making selected files AI searchable, Imagine MLS can provide faster access to the information subscribers need using the trusted resources already available in Flexmls!
