Jim Fenwick leads EMWN's workers' compensation practice and also manages a thriving probate caseload, bringing with him decades of legal experience since joining our team in 2018.

Jim has argued and won workers' compensation cases before the Kentucky Supreme Court and served on argument teams. Over the years, he's handled countless depositions, hearings, and appeals before the Workers' Compensation Board and Kentucky's appellate courts, and he brings deep experience in federal and state black lung defense.
