Hey Folks.

Fourteen years ago, we opened Naked Brewing Company with a clear vision: to brew unique, boundary-pushing beers and create a welcoming place where people could discover them together. Six years ago, we expanded that vision with the Bristol Taproom on Mill Street. It’s been a wild ride, and we’ve loved every minute of it!

It hasn’t always been easy. We’ve had to be survivors. From opening our flagship taproom a month before a worldwide pandemic, to enduring multiple floods, to navigating the countless challenges that come with running a brewery and taproom, a lot has been thrown our way. But we always rolled up our sleeves, put in the work, and kept things afloat.

Unfortunately, times have changed. We can no longer sustainably provide a product we’re proud of at a reasonable price while also making ends meet and paying our employees a decent wage. The cost of ingredients, supplies, and day-to-day operations has skyrocketed, and the market has shifted away from the complex craft beers that are the heart of what we do.

Naked Brewing has always been a passion project. Our goal was to share our love for interesting beer in a space that encouraged conversation, curiosity, and genuine connection.
With that being said, the Naked Bristol Taproom will be permanently closing our doors on Sunday, June 28th.

To our loyal patrons: THANK YOU.
Thank you for spending your time with us, for sharing your weekends, family outings, celebrations, victories, heartbreaks, and everyday moments with our family.

This isn't good-bye yet. We hope you’ll join us over the coming weeks to raise a glass to the community you helped us build. We’ll be going out in true Naked fashion: loud and proud - because we did exactly what we set out to do, and we had a hell of a time doing it.
