Let me paint you a picture.

And then for the next several minutes you listen. Very carefully. With a smile. While internally looking exactly like every single one of those Nicolas Cage faces simultaneously. 😤😭🤯

Look, family involvement in a home purchase is completely natural. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions of your life and of course you want your people around you.

But here is the truth. The Fort Myers and Cape Coral market does not negotiate based on feelings, Google searches, or what someone paid for a house in 1987. It moves on data, comps, timing, and strategy.

Someone asked me recently how I manage it all. 😂

And I really wanted to give them a polished, professional, well structured answer.

But honestly? The truth looks a lot more like those faces. 😭✌️

Because on any given day I am a pastor showing up for my congregation, a father of 5 trying to be present at home, a husband making sure my partner knows she matters, a real estate agent with clients across Fort Myers and Cape Coral counting on me, a negotiator fighting for the best deal, a marketer creating content, a coordinator keeping lenders and contractors and inspectors all moving in the same direction, and a human being running on faith, coffee, and the occasional moment of complete overwhelm.

The difference between barely managing and actually delivering? It's not that I have it all figured out. It's that I refuse to let any one of those people down no matter what.

And somehow, one prayer and one deep breath at a time, it all works out.

And my phone hasn't stopped since Tuesday.

I am not complaining. Not even a little bit. 😂
