You argue price with the seller.

The buyer walks in and judges the walls.
Right color can add a couple thousand.

Wrong color can wipe out six to eight.
A good agent protects the seller’s equity.

Hasan Piker just led a live crowd in a sarcastic sing-along mocking Charlie Kirk’s assassination — nearly a year after Kirk was murdered.
He laughed.

His co-hosts laughed.

The audience cheered.
Then he claimed he’s “more respectful” of Kirk than Kirk’s own widow.

This isn’t comedy or satire.

It’s turning a political assassination into entertainment for an audience.

Absolutely shameful behavior.
