Be mindful of Absolute Dental on Eastern. Office staff take liberties with fraud and don’t seem to find issue with it. Yolanda doesn’t seem to care at all that HER OFFICE STAFF put my commission in jeopardy due to their illegal practices. I’ve emailed, texted, called the headquarters to try to get a resolution and change to practices. Cesar at headquarters answering the phone had more of a reaction to this experience. I was told I’d be contacted within 48 hours. I received phone calls a week later with absolute ridiculous corporate BS responses. Cleanings have been missed because of the front office staff and their handling of patients and insurance. Why would I come back when I was told, after verifying prices 3 times, that my insurance was now depleted after holding scheduling staff accountable for unprofessional communications and fraud. Staff turned this horrid experience into retaliation.
