I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes in providing a safe space to be vulnerable, so that true healing can begin. I meet you where you are with an open-mind and without judgement. It is my goal to help you find tools to address the challenges that bring you to therapy. I typically work with individuals with anxiety, low self-esteem, mood instability, and anger control issues. mfortable treating any one of these things, among others. My communication style is best described as a combination of assertive and motivational. Seeing a close family member struggle with mental health issues, and the desire to understand and assist on a deeper level, is what attracted me to psychotherapy. Advocating for the significance of mental health awareness and effective treatment is what continues to drive me to this day. Goal setting begins at introduction and is self-determined with anyone that I work with. Individuals can expect for me to do more listening than speaking in the first session.
