Duties
Pre-Litigation
Evaluate liability, damages, and insurance coveragereview medical records/billing; prepare demand packages; negotiate with carriers; handle liens and settlement disbursement.

Litigation
Draft/file pleadings; manage state and federal court matters; handle discovery and depositions; draft and argue motions; retain experts; represent clients at mediations, hearings, and trial.

General
Manage client communication and an assigned caseload independently; maintain file documentation; meet all deadlines; assist with other practice areas as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-oriented
• Professional composure in court, depositions, and mediation

Preferred Qualifications
• Admission to U.S. District Court, S.D. Texas (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual — English and Spanish
• Prior plaintiffs' PI, trial, and mediation experience

Hours: 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Mon–Fri; extra hours as case demands require. Travel may be required.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, plus bonuses based on productivity and outcomes.
