Who or what is your inspiration in business?
My inspiration in business comes from my family and a desire to build a legacy of excellence. Trailblazers like Madam C.J. Walker inspire me with their resilience, innovation, and commitment to empowering others. Their stories remind me to push boundaries, uplift my community, and create businesses that succeed while making a meaningful impact. I’m driven by the opportunity to combine passion and purpose, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and success.
How do you stay motivated?
I stay motivated by setting clear goals and celebrating small victories along the way. My passion for helping others, coupled with the impact my work has on my community, keeps me focused. I draw strength from my family, mentors, and the success stories of those who inspire me. Continuous learning, reflecting on my "why," and visualizing the legacy I want to leave drive me to overcome challenges and remain committed to achieving my dreams.
What would you do with the $25,000?
With $25,000, I would hire skilled literacy educators to expand financial literacy initiatives by creating accessible workshops, and resources for underserved communities. The funds would cover program development and technology to deliver impactful, engaging content. I’d also establish partnerships with schools and local organizations to reach a broader audience, empowering individuals with tools to manage finances, build wealth, and achieve financial independence.
