Well, I got the honor yesterday to help aka my adoring wife/angel Denise and her friends at God's Hands Ministry in the middle of nowhere, a dead end, gravel road near the encampments.

Every Friday night Denise is out here with this team feeding about 30-40 homeless folks.

Knowing last night was a full Thanksgiving sit down dinner, I decided to sign up and help.

It was such a big blessing to be part of such a team who's consistently out here Friday nights SERVING OTHERS.

What are WE doing today, tomorrow, in 2025 to MAKE CHANGE, better yet,

BE THE CHANGE?

This world has become such an echo chamber, a true cancel culture, and it's sickening to see us get so entangled in 'our ways, our opinions, our thinking', that we're missing out on OUR TRUE PURPOSE! ❤️🙏

Matthew 25: 42-46

No matter who you vote for, there's absolutely no way this country can further afford tax cuts (cuts on tips, social security, corporate rate) child tax credit expansion, 1st time homebuyer tax credit, further unmanaged illegal immigration, clean air act.

The cold hard truth is that this government needs to CUT SPENDING and RAISE TAXES balance the budget and fiscally responsible.

I'd be a staunch supporter of raising $1 taxes matched to every $2 spending cut.

Just the plain hard truth.

I wonder if I had invested my down payment in this rental property into an S&P index fund instead, if it would've produced the same financial results?

My down payment was $30,000 at the time.

This property has returned a 2300% return with appreciation and monthly rents over the past 11 years.

AND not to even mention this continues to GROW with a $1600 a monthly cashflow return.
