SHPH is looking to hire an associate attorney with approximately 5 years of experience to provide litigation and case management support to the partners. The ideal candidate will have sufficient family law experience such that she/he/they are familiar with the legal principles of family law and can draft petitions and motions standard to family law. The ideal candidate should also have proficiency in excel and legal research, is proactive and has excellent follow through, and has the capability of learning technical, complex, and unique matters arising in complicated financial and custodial divorce and family law cases. Due to the types of cases SHPH handles, the ideal candidate can expect to experience significant growth in terms of learning and critical thinking. SHPH will consider part-time candidates and/or individuals who have taken a break from practicing law.
