MJ Services Notary services My name is Mimi. I have been in this industry for approximately 21 years, serving the public for around 18 years. Our tax seasons get pretty busy.

We help with immigration documents, Wills, power of attorneys, applying for retirement, itin applications, assistance in buisness registrations/compliances, current and prior year taxes. We are a small business run mostly by family. I do try to work longer hours to meet the demand. We offer in-person appointments and virtual ones for those who live far or out of state. You can re

ach us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We do have an appointment line strictly for appointments, and our office line. Every season, we give back to our clients in gratitude for recommending us. Each year, we post raffles or random giveaways. Our services consist of a variety of help. Notary services we offer: notary stamp, affidavits, power of attorney, will, proof of sales, documentation assistance, residential renewals, retirement applications, social security assistance, unemployment assistance, formation of LLC, business assistance. Itin applications, DACA applications, and our most asked for services are tax preparation, current and past years, as well as amendments. Recommendations when requested.

If you are claiming a dependent who has started to work it is very important to kno how much they made. YOU CANNOT CLAIM A DEPENDENT WHO MAKES OVER

Gross Income Test: A qualifying relative (not a child) must have a gross taxable income of less than $5,050 for 2024 and $5,200 for 2025.

No Income Limit: A "qualifying child" can earn an unlimited amount of money and still be claimed as a dependent, provided they do not use their income to pay for more than half of their own support.

IF YOUR DEPENDENT IS OVER 21 AND MAKES OVER 6K YOU CANNOT CLAIM THEM, QUALIFIYING CHILD MEANS A CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 17
