Just Leased!

This one was a long time coming, and I couldn’t be more excited to get it to the finish line!

Congratulations to my client on securing two buildings here in La Crosse. From the first showing to the final signature, it took months of planning, coordination, and teamwork, and it was well worth it. It’s been a privilege to help turn a vision into reality.

I’m excited to see what’s next for these spaces. My client has big plans, and I can’t wait to see what they’ll bring to our community. Stay tuned!

Just Closed!

A huge thank you to Jordan for trusting me with the sale of his home on County Highway I. It means a lot to be part of such a big step!

50 Years of Memories and a New Chapter Begins!

Today was a special closing! After calling her Holmen house home for 50 years, Karla officially handed over the keys and closed out an incredible chapter. It was an honor to help her through such a meaningful transition, and I’m incredibly grateful to Karla for trusting me to represent her throughout the sale.

A big thank you to Jessica Himmer with La Crosse for a smooth transaction on the buyer side, and Allen Pruitt with Altra for taking great care of the financing.

And congratulations to the Vue Family on purchasing their first home! What a cool full-circle moment, one family closing a 50-year chapter while another begins their very first one. Wishing both Karla and the Vue Family nothing but the best in what comes next!

When I got into real estate, I knew pretty quickly that getting licensed was only the starting point.

There’s a lot that goes into representing someone through a real estate transaction, and I’ve always felt that if people are trusting me with one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll make, I owe it to them to keep learning and to become the best at what I do.

That’s why I’m excited to officially add the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation to my credentials!

The SRS joins my Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification; each one helping me strengthen a different part of how I serve my clients.

Whether I’m helping a buyer navigate the purchase of a home, advising a seller on how to position and market their property, or digging into the numbers to determine the right pricing strategy, the goal is the same: to be the best resource and advocate I can be for the people who trust me to represent them.

I’m proud of how much I’ve learned since starting in this business, but there’s always more to learn, and that’s part of what I enjoy about it.
