Busy weeks are our favorite kind of weeks. 🏡✨

We love helping agents get to the closing table feeling calm, supported and confident — and that is exactly what we have built our systems around at Launch & Close.

Our goal is simple: a smooth, predictable and professional contract-to-close experience, backed by broker-led management, experienced licensed TCs and strong systems behind every file. ✅

This week, one transaction gave us a perfect example of why that support matters.

Before closing, we had already sent the seller’s agent our usual reminder confirming the inclusions and exclusions in the contract and letting them know those items would be checked at the final walkthrough.

At walkthrough, our buyer’s agent discovered that the 75-inch TV in the living room, which was supposed to remain, had been removed. 😳

She called her TC immediately.

Because our TC was at her desk and available, she was able to quickly prepare the urgent addendum the agent requested, get it ready for the buyers to e-sign, and give the agent what she needed to present to the seller’s side straight away.

The seller agreed to return the TV, the issue was resolved, and the buyers were able to move forward to closing feeling fully supported. 🙌

That is the kind of behind-the-scenes work we care about.
