**153 Closed Sales** *(down from 216)*
**Average Sold Price: $559K** *(down from $622K)*

Cobb County experienced a slowdown in overall market activity this week, with new listings, pending contracts, and closed sales all declining compared to last week. Pending sales dropped by **20%**, while closed transactions decreased by approximately **29%**, indicating a quieter week for real estate activity.

Here’s what I saw over the past 7 days:

**93 Homes Under Contract** *(down from 115)*
**63 Closed Sales** *(down from 76)*
**Average Sold Price: $640K** *(up from $614K)*

Cherokee County experienced a slower week in overall market activity, with new listings, pending contracts, and closed sales all declining. After last week's unusually large increase in inventory, new listings dropped significantly, bringing fresh inventory back to a more typical weekly level.

431 New Listings (up from 131 last week)
115 Homes Under Contract (up from 110)
76 Closed Sales (down from 94)
Average Sold Price: $614K (up from $558K)

216 Closed Sales (up from 195)
Average Sold Price: $622K (up from $554K)
