Cobb County Market Update
Here’s what I saw over the past 7 days:
285 New Listings (down from 325 last week)
308 Homes Under Contract (down from 333)
235 Closed Sales (up from 234)
Average Sold Price: $614K (up from $592K)
Inventory and pending sales eased a bit this week, but buyer activity remains strong with more than 300 homes going under contract. Closings held steady, and the biggest story this week was pricing, with the average sales price climbing to $614K, up more than $22K week over week.
That increase in average price shows continued strength in the Cobb County market, particularly among higher-end homes. Well-priced properties are still attracting serious buyers, and values remain resilient despite the slight slowdown in new inventory.
