Duncan (4) and I are voting today and we get to the part where I'm voting for the county prosecutor.

Me: Now I gotta pick who I'm going to be fighting against for the next couple years. Who do you think I should pick?
Duncan: The king and queen. Always fight against the king and queen.
Me (laughing): well, we don't have kings and queens here, we fought against them and won a long time ago. Good thinking though.
Duncan: Well they have them in some other towns.
Me: Oh yeah? Like where?
Duncan: I don't know. Orlando Florida I think?

This is an interesting development with clear constitutional ramifications. Rather than get into all that, I'd rather hear what you all have to say. Thoughts?

The law says new cars will need to be equipped with some kind of anti-drunk driving device in 3 years, but no one knows what that could be.
