Their dedicated builders follow up with you after the 1st year to be sure everything is good. 🤯🥳
They work with you from start to move in, but Allen Edwin doesn’t provide buyers agents, so it’s still best to contact a realtor to be sure you’re represented (the fee is charged either way).

I love this lady and she is always so logical!

Encourage your kids to start thinking about buying their own home now!

Call me or have them call any local trusted realtor to a least get them educated on the process.

There are lots of first-time home buyer grants and other individual lender programs that help with up to $30k in down payment assistance.
