As this weeks featured 10-minute speaker, Nelson walked us through a recent case in which he was able to help his clients obtain a settlement. Nelson explained the investigative process which allowed him to obtain the evidence which ultimately proved the defendant was responsible for the unfortunate injuries caused to Nelson’s clients. Nelson demonstrated how through his investigation and presentation of evidence he was able to compel the defendant’s insurance company to tender policy limits.
