Keith is a KS Certified Law Enforcement Officer and a 22 year Retired Army Non-Commissioned Officer. He is also a NRA certified Range Safety Officer,NRA Chief Range Safety Officer Instructor,NRA Basic Pistol, Rifle and Shotgun instructor, NRA Personal Protection Inside the Home and NRA Personal Protection Outside the Home Instructor. Keith and Phyllis are both NRA certified Refuse To Be A Victim instructors. Phyllis is also a 21 year Retired Army Chief Warrant Officer.
