One of the things I appreciate about Lago Vista right now is the variety taking shape.

Before Lago Vista had roads or lot lines, it was just brush, timber and a view that Jake and Alison couldn't ignore.

Here's how it began in their own words:

After a couple years of searching for a home near Rathbun Lake, we finally walked through a piece of undeveloped land we had been eyeing near the famous Banana Pond on the corner. We parked along the road and made our way through several acres of brush and trees to reach the back of the property. Instantly, we knew, this was the wow factor that we had been searching for.
We didn’t think having a lake view at Rathbun was going to be possible. But standing there, we realized not only could we build a home with a view, we could shape the land into something bigger.
With the equipment and experience to build roads and form lots, we knew we could create the foundation. The rest we would figure out along the way.
It has now been two and a half years since that first visit, and every time we pull in, it still feels like we’re on vacation. There are still improvements to make and more growth ahead, and we are excited to continue working alongside our neighbors to build a peaceful, strong, and beautiful community.

I am proud to represent a development that started with a vision, hard work and a genuine love for this land.
