Real estate is nothing if not humbling. 😂

We had a deal fall through — it happens. Then things got pretty quiet for about 3 weeks. We made a price improvement… and still, crickets for 6 more days.

Then Wednesday happened.

A showing that morning.
Around 6 PM, I got word an offer was coming from a showing a week or two earlier.
By 8 PM, I had another offer in hand from Wednesday morning’s showing.
Between 9–10 PM, two more showing requests came in for Thursday morning.
Then Thursday brought another showing request for the weekend.

So, after weeks of basically nothing… within about 12 hours we had 2 offers in hand and 3 new showing requests.

Welcome to the Wild West that is real estate. 🤠🏡

I’m very excited to say we have an accepted offer and I’m equally excited for the Buyer who will hopefully get to make this little piece of country-in-the-city their own.

Never boring. Never predictable. But that’s part of what makes this business interesting. ❤️

1 signed set of closing docs later… we did it! 🙌

From house-hopping like pros to making it to the closing table without needing snacks (ok, maybe I had snacks), it was an adventure worth every step! 🏡💼

So grateful to help Eric and Sierra make their move to Southern Indiana — and even more excited to watch them begin their next chapter here. Welcome home, friends!
