Any agent can say yes, but a great agent knows when to say no.
Sometimes the numbers don’t make sense, the property doesn’t align with your goals or emotions become louder than logic.

Let’s talk Listings:
Professional photos are the baseline, not a marketing plan.
Every home requires a different strategy, which is why I build a custom marketing budget around each listing based on what will actually move the needle.
That can include staging, pre-list prep, cinematic video, digital ads, print marketing, mailers, broker events, social campaigns, and more.
And one more thing: Ask agents to show you examples from previous listings.
If they can’t show you the marketing, don’t assume it exists.
