My mediation rates are very reasonable. I charge $400 per party for 4 hours.

I also do pro at (no attorneys) mediations. Without attorneys, I prefer to do 2 hour mediation sessions. So my fee is $200 per party for 2 hours. Normally we do 2 or more sessions. Usually if we go more than 2 hours, a Mediated Settlement Agreement is reached.

I primarily do family and probate mediations.

Request for Proposals/Presenters
TAM is inviting proposals for Keynote Speakers and Session/Workshop Presenters for the 2024 Annual TAM Conference on March 15-16, 2024, at the Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center.

The TAM Board of Directors aims to provide our membership with engaging, relevant, and stimulating topics that will inspire and motivate our members to new heights. In addition to professionals in mediation and related forms of ADR, TAM welcomes proposals from experts in other fields who can provide insight, knowledge, or skills to expand and enrich mediation and conflict resolution. We are also seeking presentations addressing ethical issues and our profession’s current and emerging trends. Please note that preference will be given to presenters who did not present at our 2023 Conference.

Educational and professional development opportunities for this event include plenary and concurrent sessions on Day 1 (March 15) and Day 2 (March 16).
In gratitude for our speakers, TAM will provide a 50% discount on the Early Bird conference registration fee and reimburse speakers for the following travel expenses:
One (1) night hotel stay at the group rate
Airfare or mileage
Parking
Ground Transportation

Submissions must be received by September 1, 2023.

The TAM Conference Speaker Committee will review all submissions received by the stated deadline. Speakers will be notified once the committee has had ample time to review and discuss proposals.
