A lot of times, the court will suspend jail time and place them on probation (community supervision) instead!

And BABYYYY, sometimes that’s ALL it takes to get somebody to start paying that child support! 😂💰

The Attorney General is NOT your custody lawyer. 📢⚖️

In Texas, the OAG can handle issues involving child support, including seeking a modification when appropriate—but they are not going to modify your custody or possession schedule for you.
