FULL-TIME REMOTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Pillar To Post Home Inspectors – The Micallef-Phillips Team is seeking a motivated and dependable Sales Representative for its Black Ridge Annual Home Check division.
This position will focus on helping homeowners protect and maintain their properties by selling Black Ridge Annual Home Check membership plans.

Consistent phone, email, text, and online follow-up with prospective customers
Responsibilities
Educate homeowners about the benefits of proactive home maintenance
Explain and sell our Essential, Plus, and Premier membership plans
Contact prospective and previous customers by phone, email, and text
Follow up with leads and guide customers through enrollment
Maintain accurate customer notes, sales activity, and time records
Meet established sales and membership-enrollment goals
Provide professional, honest, and helpful customer service
Build lasting relationships with homeowners, landlords, and real estate investors
What You’ll Be Selling
Black Ridge Annual Home Check memberships help homeowners identify deficiencies before they become expensive repairs. Depending on the selected plan, memberships may include:
Scheduled annual home-check visits
Post-storm inspections
Wood-destroying insect inspections
Infrared thermal imaging
Sewer-scope inspections
Pool inspections when applicable
Digital reports
Discounts through vetted service providers
Qualifications
Previous sales, telemarketing, customer-service, insurance, real estate, or home-services experience preferred
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
Comfortable learning membership plans and home-maintenance services
Reliable computer, internet connection, and professional remote workspace
Able to maintain accurate time, customer, and sales records
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is confident, personable, persistent, and genuinely interested in helping homeowners protect their investment. This person understands that successful sales require consistent follow-up, professional communication, and trust—not high-pressure sales tactics.
Compensation
This is a full-time W-2, commission-based position. The employee will earn commissions based on completed membership enrollments.
The position includes minimum-wage and overtime protections. If commissions earned during a workweek do not equal at least the applicable minimum wage for all hours worked, Pillar To Post Home Inspectors – The Micallef-Phillips Team will provide the additional compensation required to meet minimum-wage requirements. Eligible overtime hours will be paid in accordance with applicable federal and state wage-and-hour laws.
Employees must accurately record all hours worked. Working off the clock or performing unauthorized overtime is prohibited; however, all hours actually worked will be compensated as required by law. The complete commission structure, pay schedule, sales goals, and overtime-approval procedures will be explained before employment begins.
