Here are some but not all of the scenarios that may cause delays:

- FHA/VA loans
- IRS liens
- Small Business Administration Loans
- FEMA – National Flood Insurance: Issuance of flood insurance for properties in a flood zone

We will keep you posted during a transaction as we get updates from the lender or other entity.
