Job Title: Real Estate Research Analyst – Distressed Property Leads
Location: Hollywood, Florida

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Research Analyst to help identify and source leads on distressed properties.
Position Overview:�The Research Analyst will play a key role in identifying distressed property leads through diligent research and attention to detail. This role requires a comfort with technology, a passion for research, and a keen eye for identifying trends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform thorough research to identify potential distressed property leads using public records, auctions, tax liens, and online real estate platforms.
* Investigate foreclosure listings, tax delinquency lists, code violations, and probate cases to source viable acquisition targets.
* Manage and organize a database of leads, updating records and maintaining accuracy for tracking and reporting.
* Work closely with the acquisitions team to prioritize high-potential leads based on various factors, including location and property condition.
* Stay updated on market trends and neighborhood data to identify emerging investment opportunities.
* Network with local real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and attorneys, to expand lead generation sources.
* Create detailed reports on properties, including relevant data insights, condition assessments, and neighborhood details.
Qualifications:
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
* Comfort with technology, including familiarity with online research tools such as Zillow.
* Passion for research and an eagerness to explore new information sources.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while handling multiple research projects.
