As a Mobile Notary Public, my role is to travel to a convenient location, verify each signerβs identity, confirm that they are signing willingly and appear aware of what they are signing, witness the signing when required, administer an oath or affirmation when necessary, and properly complete the appropriate notarial certificate.
Documents that may be notarized include powers of attorney, wills and trusts, healthcare directives, affidavits, deeds, contracts, parental consent and travel consent forms, school documents, DMV forms, and other legal or personal documents requiring notarization.
I do not select or prepare legal forms, explain legal terms, or provide legal advice. Each signer must understand the document being signed and present valid identification.

As an Apostille Courier and Facilitator, I help clients navigate the apostille process by conducting a preliminary review for common submission requirements, confirming where the document was issued and where it will be presented, and coordinating submission to the appropriate government agency. I can assist with documents such as certified marriage and birth certificates, divorce decrees, diplomas and transcripts, powers of attorney, affidavits, background checks, and certain business documents.
My services may include document pickup and delivery, expedited submission, status updates, scanned copies upon completion, and coordination of return shipping.
Apostilles are issued exclusively by the appropriate state or federal government agency. I do not issue apostilles, provide legal advice, guarantee processing times, or guarantee acceptance by the receiving authority.
