🔔 New FinCEN Requirements – What You Need to Know 🔔

Beginning March 1, 2026, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has implemented new reporting requirements for certain all-cash residential real estate transactions involving entities and trusts.

What does this mean?
If a property is being purchased or acquired without financing by an LLC, corporation, partnership, or trust, additional information will be required at closing — including beneficial ownership details.
