Don't. Give. Up.
At the end of 2019 I hosted my very first event with just a few dozen attendees. I was nervous, embarrassed, and uncertain about the future. So much so that I almost didn't throw another event.
But I didn't give up. I kept pushing forward, learning from each experience, and believing in the vision I had for creating something truly special that brought together leaders from all industries.
Fast forward to today, and we are about to host our 60th event in just over 4 years! What started with a humble beginning has grown into something incredible. Our recent conference broke 5200 from all over the world, and I couldn't be more proud of how far we've come.
This journey has been filled with challenges, setbacks, and moments when it seemed easier to throw in the towel. But every obstacle has only made us stronger and more determined to succeed. It's a testament to the power of perseverance, hard work, unwavering dedication to a dream and having a great team around you that believes in the vision.
So, to anyone out there who's feeling discouraged or facing an uphill battle, I want you to know that you shouldn't give up. Keep pushing forward, stay focused on your goals, and never lose sight of the incredible things you can achieve. It's not supposed to be easy. Your breakthrough might be right around the corner.
